Returns Eligibility
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for items that are unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] within the return period. Please include your order number, reason for return, and any relevant photos (if applicable).
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item received is incorrect, damaged, or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping method as Jaxen Voyage is not responsible for items lost during return transit.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email. If the return is approved, your refund will be processed via cash 5–7 business days of approval. Please note that we do not refund any original shipping fees.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are non-returnable for hygiene or safety reasons. These include, but are not limited to:
- Used or damaged travel accessories
- Personalized or customized gear
- Items without original packaging
Incorrect or Damaged Orders
If you receive an incorrect, defective, or damaged item, please contact us at [email protected] within 48 hours of receiving your order. Include photos of the item and packaging. We’ll promptly assist with a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
Late or Missing Refunds
