Order Processing
All orders placed through our website are typically processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been received, followed by a shipping notification with tracking information once your package is on the way.

Cash on Delivery Orders
For customers who select Cash on Delivery (COD), please ensure someone is available at the shipping address to receive and pay for the order at the time of delivery. Orders that are refused or undeliverable due to incorrect information may not be eligible for re-shipment.
